    The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of recruiting and selecting human resources to collaborate with the organisation, in the scope of recruitment processes taking place within a period of eighteen (18) months after the personal information in question has been sent. The personal data collected are provided by the candidate in the corresponding speculative application CV. KOOLI cannot guarantee that the personal data provided are the minimum necessary. KOOLI will only process the information defined as minimum and exclusively for the purpose identified above.
    The data subject can access his/her personal data at any time, as well as request them to be rectified or erased. The data subject may also exercise the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority.
    Upon expiry of the period indicated above, the company will delete of pseudonymise the personal data received within the period of five (5) years.
    KOOLI uses technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data in its possession and will not share these data.
